Closing Time - We take our last appointment 1/2 an hour before closing.
NOTE: As of August 2024, we are not taking walk-in’s. Please use the online booking system to book an appointment as our schedules fill up quickly.
Cancellations - If you are unable to make an appointment, please call our shop to reschedule. We enforce a strict cancellation policy if you do not call and cancel your appointment: If you miss 3 appointments in a row without notice, you will no longer be aloud to use the online booking system. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-show for appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
NOTE: As of November 5th, 2021, we are now requiring customers to leave a credit card number on file when making an appointment.
Late to your Appointment - If you know you will be 10+ minutes late to your appointment, we encourage you to call the shop and reschedule to accommodate other clients.
5 Day Guarantee - We guarantee our haircuts up to 5 days from scheduled appointment. If you notice any imperfections, please come back to get your hair touched up, free of charge.
